At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your APM Monaco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original APM Monaco packaging, including the certificate of authenticity and any promotional gifts, to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
